Guillaume Mata is the founder and director of Jurisserv, one of the leading international legal and tax networks on the France–Andorra–Spain axis. His personal journey, from his start in France to the creation of a group with offices in four jurisdictions, reflects the philosophy that defines the group: building sound legal structures to protect wealth from uncertainty.
His public approach combines technical dissemination with presence at high-level forums. He publishes regularly on LinkedIn and in specialised magazines on the mobility of large fortunes, investment structuring and digital transformation of companies. A regular speaker at sectoral webinars, podcasts and investment forums on the France–Spain–Andorra axis, with a growing profile across the Mediterranean arc and the United States.
Guillaume Mata often insists that his approach is not “looking for the lowest tax” but reaching a balance between the economic and personal goals of shareholders, protecting wealth against political and inflationary uncertainty through sound, transparent legal structures that fully comply with international regulations.
