Jurisserv is a network of coordinated legal-tax firms with offices in Andorra, Spain and France. Each office retains its own legal and professional identity.

Network model

Jurisserv operates as a coordinated multidisciplinary network in which the professionals of the four offices share knowledge, tools, quality processes and a common code of ethics. Each firm retains its own legal identity and individual professional liability in accordance with the regulations applicable in its jurisdiction.

Professional coordination

Operational coordination between offices is ensured by a Technical Committee that meets monthly and by shared internal document management systems. Fees and professional civil liability for each engagement rest with the office that handles it, without prejudice to the possibility of cross-border teams.
